(Edit - their FAQs said to run as administrator - tried that but still can't drag and drop). I've googled and found a link to a program called iphone explorer which does show me all the files, that says I can drag and drop the files but I cannot do that (could be windows 7 is not compatible as their web site doesn't mention it). Looking at the list of files I have moved over from voice mail there is one from mid July so I have successfully moved that from the phone so it did work.
